How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@vintaraa.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled.

How can I return my order?
If you wish to return your order, please email us at info@vintaraa.com. We will provide you with the relevant instructions to return your item.

Why was my order canceled without notification?
We use fraud filters that identify and cancel orders when there are signs of potential fraud, such as discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses or multiple failed attempts to pay by credit card. If you believe your order was mistakenly canceled, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a defective or incorrect item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@vintaraa.com. Make sure to include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

International taxes and customs duties
Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, as these are beyond our control. Orders do not include any taxes and duties imposed by customs. These import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. For more information on potential fees, we recommend consulting your local customs authority’s website or contacting them directly.

Delayed or lost orders
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. Vintaraa is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address or left with neighbors or outside your home. If you experience issues with missing or lost items, please contact us at info@vintaraa.com. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds for lost items can only be processed 20 business days after shipment and once the courier has declared the items as lost.

Unclaimed packages
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. If a package is returned to us, we will charge additional shipping costs to resend the package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package is redelivered or picked up within the required timeframe.
